Clearing Your Caches and Refreshing Your Game

If  your gifts, treasures and energy are not adding up; you need to clear your BROWSER CACHE.  Here are the steps:

 Refreshing your Game
  • Exit the Klondike Game
  • Clear your browsers cache file
  • Close your browser
  • Reopen your browser
  • Open Klondike 
Also, check to see if your music player or another window are slowing down  your game play. Even popups will interfere and cause your game to crash. My suggestion to avoid this is a free program: Malware Bytes    https://store.malwarebytes.org/  

 Remember
Sometimes there is just no control over what is happening to Klondike by Vizor/Klondike Support Techs due to:
 
☼ Facebook (or it's Servers) or what they are Updating
☼ Your Computer (it's memory or speed)
☼ The Speed of your Internet Connection
☼ The Internet (or it's availability at your location)
☼ How many things you are Doing at the same time on your Computer
