Donuts? Energy Ideas

Direct from Vizor. They promise donuts will be a reward more often this year!

Dear player,

We are aware that donuts are a much needed item within the game and players are always willing to get them.  That is why we are regularly sending them out via bonus links on this page. We do it with out reminders and delays, which makes donut requests and comments pointless.  What's more, such comments are flooding the page and distracting our attention from urgent questions and issues that matter.

This is what we would like to ask you not to post donut request on Klondike Game Fan's Page. This will help keep our wall and the timeline clean, informative and diverse.
If the excessive request continue we will have to start removing them.

We would also like to inform you that donuts are an additional gift from Klondike Administration, not a basic energy source you can completely rely on.

Within the game there are many other ways to earn and gain energy:

1. Visit your neighbors and dig under energy giving items: The flower cart, Tents, Fencing, For Example. Also open Any Hides You See.
2. Create Energy Snacks In The Bakery.
3. Chop Down Your Trees And Rocks At Your Home Station And Open The Hides.
4. As You Advance Through The Game Other Ways To Make Energy Open Up To You; You Can Make Frog Sausages In Polar-Side And Craft Honey In Scalp.
5. Store Coal pyramids, Twig bundles and Pyrite in Wind Song Storage rather than opening them at Home Station.  Then when you need a big boost of energy...retrieve them and take them to Home Station.
6. Save the Honey Pot from the Beehive to give an extra 40 energy.

Useful information: 

Find 11 Crashed Bob Sleighs, they must be chopped out. Each take 30 energy.

 

MAPS: 

 

Completion of 11 Bobsled removal receives a HOCKEY PUCK to continue to the 4th and final round at the Sports Village.

 NOTE If you did not complete Biathlon and receive a set of SKIS You cannot enter Slalom unless you do one of two things: 

1. Buy Skis with Emeralds 
2. Fly in your Airplane

Skis are found in your storage, under Other....near your Sled pieces...not at the back!

Hay Bales are found all over Slalom and taken home, they are released as hay.  Taken to Wind Song Storage they remain intact, but are unplaceable as hay for animals.

MARCH 1st 2016 Update 

The Start of a Series of Timed Lands & Goals

 4 linked TEMPORARY locations! 

Each will be a NEW Timed Land, 

with a New Goal to Reach each week.

Biathlon: March 1st

Slalom: March 5th

Bobsled? March 9th

Sports Village: March 14th.  It will be the only building with a Building/Quest.

 
YOU MUST complete the quest and receive the item of each Timed land. They are required to enter the NEXT LAND

Settlement Lands in Order

DO NOT CLEAR LOCATIONS & MAKE SETTLEMENTS AS YOU GO

That is the Last Thing to do after... 

Every Location in a Map section has Been:

• Visited •

• The Building found and Rebuilt •

• The Quests for each Location within the Map are Done •

Making SETTLEMENTS Should only be the GOAL 

AFTER you have 14 Other Locations Completed

(Home always counts a Location #1 of the 15 allowed)

Lands Should be Cleared of ALL:

• Resources

• Decorations

• Animals

•Anything you Brought & Placed There

PUT IT INTO STORAGE IF YOU NEED AND TAKE IT HOME LATER BEFORE MAKING IT INTO A SETTLEMENT OR YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING FOREVER! ANIMALS CANNOT BE TRANSPORTED, SO EITHER LET THEM LIVE OUT THEIR LIFE, OR CONVERT IT AND LOSE THE RESOURCES.

Clearing Your Caches and Refreshing Your Game

If  your gifts, treasures and energy are not adding up; you need to clear your BROWSER CACHE.  Here are the steps:

 Refreshing your Game

• Exit the Klondike Game
• Clear your browsers cache file
• Close your browser
• Reopen your browser
• Open Klondike 

Also, check to see if your music player or another window are slowing down  your game play. Even popups will interfere and cause your game to crash. My suggestion to avoid this is a free program: Malware Bytes    https://store.malwarebytes.org/  

 Remember

Sometimes there is just no control over what is happening to Klondike by Vizor/Klondike Support Techs due to:

☼ Your Computer (it's memory or speed)

☼ The Internet (or it's availability at your location)

☼ How many things you are Doing at the same time on your Computer

2.  DO NOT CLICK ON THEIR LINK!!! This is an attempt at "Phishing" to gain entrance into your account.  It is not a virus and cannot harm your computer...UNLESS you follow the link.

Spammers are not hackers, but are FB users that have chosen to misuse Social Media in an attempt to steal your identity and online information.

NOTE: They cannot access your account unless you FOLLOW the link and allow them into your account! Never follow a  link you do not trust.  

Known Issues

• Every  game crashes at some time...This requires a server reset. Please be patient. The game will return as soon as possible.  Not only is it an inconvenience to the player, but to the game owner. They are trying to answer your questions and reset the game. Please remember to not be rude. They are doing their best to bring the game back online. Remember many of the people trying to answer your questions are advanced players who are not connected in any way with Vizor and they do not need to be offended into no longer answering your questions.
